Hütet Euch sich vor den vielen Gesichtern der Angst: Das One:12 Collective Ghost Face verfügt über vier austauschbare Köpfe seiner länglichen Maske mit verschiedenen Effekten, darunter das klassische Porträt, ein blutbespritztes Porträt, ein im Dunkeln leuchtendes Porträt uund ein Zombie-Porträt, was eine Vielzahl tödlicher Darstellungsmöglichkeiten bietet.

Ghost Face trägt seine charakteristische schwarze Kapuzenrobe mit beweglicher Kapuze und Ärmeln durch integrierten Posing-Draht. Er schwingt Messer oder eine Sense, komplett mit mehreren Bluteffekten, die an den Waffen befestigt werden können. Der geheimnisvolle Killer trägt außerdem eine Popcornschale und eine Fernbedienung für perfekte Horrorfilmabende bei sich.
