1:1 Male Velociraptor Eye Life-Size Replica

This replica of a male Velociraptor's eye from Elite Creature Collectibles is based on Steven Spielberg’s »The Lost World: Jurassic Park«. Its design is based on the practical effects created by Stan Winston Studio for the film's Velociraptors.

The male Velociraptors in the film featured a much bolder, more colorful appearance, distinguishing them from the gray-brown females seen in the original »Jurassic Park«. The eye reflects this color scheme, featuring a yellow core, an orange grid pattern, and green areas along the sides. A transparent dental acrylic coating provides a glossy finish.

ECC Key Artist Oskar Ankarudd recreated this distinctive raptor eye using full-color 3D printing, faithfully reproducing a signature design element of the Velociraptors from »The Lost World: Jurassic Park«.
