To celebrate the international Ghostbusters Day, Sony Pictures this week released a look behind the scenes of the shooting of »Ghostbusters: Afterlife«.

In addition to a foretaste of new footage, the clip offers a heartwarming impression of director Jason Reitman and his relationship with his father and producer Ivan Reitman. The two remember the franchise and look back at the first Ghostbusters, from the year 1984.

It's really great to see that everything stays in the family and how the "Proton Pack is passed on"... This increases our anticipation for the film even more :). Let's hope that Ghostbusters will finally hit cinemas in November.
 

We had our hands full this morning at S.P.A.C.E Headquarters, because the highly anticipated container has finally arrived! We all unloaded the supplies for you (and worked up quite a sweat in the process 😅).
Among the new arrivals, of course, are figures and accessories for the 1/6th scale collectors among you: bodies, animals, furniture, and more! We also got a whole load of great 1/6th scale complete figures, such as Geralt of Rivia from »The Witcher« and Vecna ​​from »Stranger Things« by threezero, the new »Bitten« zombies from Asmus Toys, mermaids from TBLeague, the »Ruthless Blade« recreations by Beautiful Chemistry, and other fantastic collectibles 😍🥳.
We're also restocking our statues again: Amazing new items like the 1/3 Harley Quinn Who Laughs and the 1/6 Velociraptor from Prime 1, as well as the beautiful Willow Deity statue from PIJI Studio, have found their way to our warehouse after a long journey 🚢.
All new additions will now be carefully checked before we start shipping them to pre-orderers next week and release the available pieces in the shop. So check back every now and then and secure the best collectibles!

SECRET LEVEL

Prime Video has a very special pre-Christmas gift in store for video game fans. The game anthology series »Secret Level« is going to be available on the platform from the 10th of December. It tells rousing stories from the most popular video game worlds such as »Dungeons & Dragons«, »Mega Man«, »Crossfire«, »Warhammer 40,000« and »Sifu«. The episodes are visually distinguished from each other by their individual animation style. Behind the whole idea and realization are the creators of »LOVE, DEATH + ROBOTS«, another anthology series, which was a huge hit. If you're not convinced yet, you can look forward to an interesting cast, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kevin Hart, Keanu Reeves, Ariana Greenblatt, Emily Swallow and many more. MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – THE FINAL RECKONING

Following »Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One«, which was finally released last summer after being delayed multiple times, fans fortunately won't have to wait this long for the sequel »Mission: Impossible: The Final Reckoning«. The eighth film in the »Mission: Impossible« franchise is set to hit theaters next May. Tom Cruise takes on another dangerous mission as Ethan Hunt after the events of the seventh film and starts his journey to a sunken submarine. It is the key to taking down a dangerous AI entity. DISNEY+ 2025

Last but not least, Disney gave us a preview for the streaming year 2025, which will be especially exciting for those with a Disney+ membership. Some well-known series are getting a new season, including »The Bear«, »Star Wars: Andor« (which is going to be renamed »Andor: A Star Wars Story« for the new season) and »Percy Jackson and the Olympians«. Boredom in the streaming universe certainly won't come up when we look at what's new for 2025. »Ironheart« and »Daredevil: Born Again« from the MCU as well as »Alien: Earth« are guaranteed to make the coming year exciting. Our Marvel fans of the 90s might have already been looking forward to this: the continuation of »X-Men: The Animated Series«. That sounds very nostalgic! As of today, you can stream the revival with the title »X-Men '97« on Disney+. But the series is also worth watching for the people, who don't know the animated universe of X-Men yet. »X-Men '97« starts, where the other series ended. The X-Men lost their leader Charles Xavier. But his dream for mutants and humans to live together in harmony shouldn't die with him. Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm and the others will make sure of that - if it weren't for Magneto, who suddenly claims that Xavier bequeathed him everything he had built during his lifetime. However, an even bigger threat appears, which the X-Men have to fight first.

But it's not just the world of the mutants that's tumultuous. Beau DeMayo, the brains behind the show, made headlines recently. Just weeks before the first season's premiere and after he had already finished his writing for season 2, he was fired by Marvel. No official reason was given to the public. We'll have to wait to see the effects of that on the show's future because season 2 is currently in production.

But for now, we are really excited to see how the original series' story will be continued!

The story focuses on 12-year-old Percy who finds out that he's the son of the mighty Poseidon. Subsequently he ends up in a camp with other demigods. The teenagers collide with dark monsters and supernatural dangers and have to fight them with their newly discovered powers.

Percy Jackson is on a particularly difficult mission: He has to find the god Zeus’ master bolt and bring it back to stop an all devastating war. Percy's friends Annabeth and Grover, who share a similar fate, help him on his journey. Together on this adventure they find their place in this new world.

The series is based on the popular novels by author Rick Riordan and it's full of secrets from Greek mythology. Fans of the »Percy Jackson« universe and fantasy lovers will be glad to hear that the series is starting today on Disney+. The first season includes eight episodes, two of which are already available today. The rest will follow weekly until the final episode airs at the end of January.
