Segar. The hot-tempered proprietor of the Rough House Cafe has been a staple of the beloved Popeye stories for many years.

Known for his fiery demeanor and constant clashes with the voracious J. Wellington Wimpy, Rough-House regularly wreaks havoc behind the kitchen counter. The figure captures the unmistakable comic-strip aesthetic of its source material while combining it with modern articulation.

Designed in 1:12 scale, the figure features 20 points of articulation, allowing for a wide variety of poses.
