Part 8 Jason

»Friday the 13th: The Game« was a multiplayer horror game based on the well-known film series centered around Jason Voorhees. One player took on the role of Jason and tried to hunt down the other players (who assumed the roles of camp counselors) in classic slasher fashion. Unfortunately, the game's servers have since been shut down due to licensing issues — to the frustration of many fans.

One of the game's standout features was that Jason could go on the hunt wearing different outfits. These outfits were inspired by the slasher icon's various appearances throughout the films. The NECA figure „Part 8 Jason“ is based on the outfit from the film »Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan«.

In this installment, the undead Jason is brought back to life by an electric shock after having previously rested in his watery grave at the bottom of Crystal Lake. As a result, Jason appears particularly worn in this version: drenched and ragged, he sets out once again on his hunt.

NECA captures this look with details such as greenish, discolored skin visible beneath his torn clothing.
