1:1 Spinosaurus Tooth Life-Size Replica

Custom-made teeth were used for the life-sized, animatronic Spinosaurus in »Jurassic Park III«. Elite Creature Collectibles pays tribute to this film prop with a replica made of finely cast resin. On the original prop, a metal threaded rod at the base allowed for direct attachment to the jaw; the individual teeth also bore hand-marked numbers indicating their specific positions.

The paintwork captures typical signs of wear, featuring fine scratches and dark discoloration at the base. The prototype was further refined by special effects artist Rob Hinderstein, who added cracks and scratch marks.

The replica thus closely mirrors the Spinosaurus tooth used in the film, capturing its characteristic signs of wear and construction.
