2/3 Scale Compsognathus Fine Art Bronze Statue

Elite Creature Collectibles presents an exceptional 2:3 scale bronze sculpture of the Compsognathus from »The Lost World: Jurassic Park«. While this small dinosaur, affectionately known as a "Compy", may appear harmless at first glance, it becomes a dangerous predator when hunting in a pack. The scene in which the creatures pursue and attack Dieter Stark through the forests of Isla Sorna remains one of the film’s most memorable moments.

For the design, the manufacturer collaborated with Bitan, an artist at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM). The sculpture depicts the Compsognathus in an alert, predatory stance, with characteristic proportions, posture, and anatomical details based on its appearance in the film.

Crafted from genuine art bronze, the sculpture features a carefully applied patina that adds depth and highlights the fine surface textures and intricate sculpting details. It stands on a museum-style marble base and includes a plaque bearing an individual edition number and the artist Bitan’s signature. The edition is limited to 150 pieces worldwide.
