1/6 Scale Anakin Skywalker Concept Art Version

Before Anakin Skywalker fully transforms into Darth Vader in »Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith«, various alternative concepts for his turn to the dark side were created. One of these designs depicts Anakin in dark, layered robes featuring a striking dark red-violet lining. Hot Toys brings this alternative design to life as a high-quality 1/6 scale figure in the Artisan Edition.

The finely crafted head sculpt captures Hayden Christensen’s features and includes medium-length, swept-back curly hair made of wool. Separately movable eyes and two pairs of interchangeable iris inserts allow for a display with either natural blue eyes or piercing Sith-yellow eyes.

The tailored costume is based on the alternative design and includes a black robe with an integrated wire and a dark red-violet lining. Underneath, Anakin wears an all-black outfit consisting of a tabard-style top made of leather-like microfiber material, a tunic, a high-collared undertunic, an obi, an intricately designed utility belt, and long boots made of leather-like microfiber material.

Weapons include a lightsaber hilt with white LED illumination, a standard lightsaber hilt, and interchangeable red and blue lightsaber blades. The red and blue blades allow for the depiction of Anakin’s transition from the light side to the dark side of the Force. Various interchangeable gloved hands and a specially designed display base round out the set. This concept art version of Anakin Skywalker is limited to 3,000 units.
