The invasion of Naboo has begun – and the Trade Federation’s frontline troops are combat-ready. With the Battle Droid & STAP Set from »Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace,« Hot Toys releases two iconic elements of the Separatist army together in 1/6 scale.

The Battle Droid impresses with its distinctive, slender silhouette and a finely crafted beige mechanical body which – thanks to detailed weathering effects – conveys the impression of a battle-hardened veteran. Standing approximately 32 cm tall and featuring 26 points of articulation, the figure can be posed in numerous tactical stances or folded down into a compact transport mode measuring approximately 14 cm in height. Its equipment includes an E-5 blaster rifle, rear-mounted antennas, a comlink booster pack with extendable antennas, and a pair of binoculars for reconnaissance missions. Hands with articulated fingers allow for precise gripping and a wide variety of posing options.

The included STAP captures the functional aesthetic of the Trade Federation’s patrol craft, bringing it to life through meticulous paintwork and realistic weathering effects. Its articulated handlebars, control platform, and footrests are designed to perfectly accommodate the Battle Droid. LED lighting in the propulsion turbines – emitting a warm orange glow – along with a specially designed display stand complete the set.
