Super7 makes the dreams of all ThunderCats fans and collectors come true and is finally announcing the Ultimate Cats' Lair Playset as a crowdfunding project. The first 3000 backers assured their purchase for this product which means that the production will definately happen. If the number of backers reaches 4000, each person will get additional accessories (Sword of Omens, Claw Shield and Lab Set) for their playset. Upwards of 5000 backers there's even going to be an Ultimate Astral Projection Lion-O figure for free!

From customers in Germany we can only accept orders for the ThunderCats »Ultimate Cats' Lair - Early Bird Edition« Playset under the following
special conditions:
- The maximum order quantity is 2 pcs. per customer
- The price (incl. 19% VAT and and all import and freight charges) is 899,- EUR
- A down payment of 399,- EUR is due within 1 week (after the order placement/formation of the sales contract)
- A cancellation of the order is not possible as it is a special order in the course of a crowdfunding project and every piece needs to be assigned exactly
- In case of nonacceptance of the playset the down payment is due as a cancellation fee and therefore non-refundable
- Due to the tight calculation we only accept payment via bank transfer (no payment via credit card, PayPal etc.)
- The »Ultimate Cats' Lair« is not combinable with other items (neither in the order nor for the shipment)
- The planned time for the finalisation by Super7 is "end of 2024" - this time-limit can change (generally a delay) on the part of production which can't be influenced and isn't a reason for nonacceptance of the item
- Due to the complexity and volume it's likely that the production and global distribution will occur in several batches. Therefore we can't predict when different partners of Super7 will be supplied - this has to be accepted by customers as well
- The playset comes packed in two big boxes which will probably be oversized and therefore will need to be shipped as bulk goods
- The price of 899,- EUR includes shipping via parcel service for both boxes - shipping on a pallet through our freight company is possible in Germany for 80,- EUR (please inquire accordingly)
- We are not liable for the condition of the packaging (especially dents from the parcel shipment) and it doesn't constitute a reason for complaint
If the minimum quantity for Super7 (licensee and manufacturer) isn't met and this crowdfunding project / the production of the »Ultimate Cats' Lair« falls through, we will of course cancel all orders and refund all down payments within a few days.
As soon as Super7 confirms that the project will come about and starts production, we will inform everyone who placed a pre-order and, if necessary, offer individual payment plans. Of course, the individual outstanding balance is due with the finalisation of the item at the latest.
